can't access secure sites

Starting on Monday, I have not been able to access any
secure sites that I have usually gone to (Ex. paying
bills, bank accounts, e-mail) I don't understand what it
could be. It just comes up "server cannot be found" This
has happened before and I have always used the system
restore to restore to an earlier date. Now, when I go to
do this, no dates before Monday are available. I don't
know what else to do, ive looked at the security settings
and everything seems to be the same. Any ideas? The only
change that I have had with the computer recently is I
started SBC Ameritech DSL about 2 1/2 weeks ago, but
didn't have any problems then.

I have the EXACT same problem. It is so frustrating. I
was told by Charter (my ISP) that it is a windows
problem. If you find out anything, please email me at
