Make sure the 'Trusted zones' settings are set at default...
Tools > Internet Options > Security > [Click on Trusted sites] >Custom Level
[Dropdown box to low] > Reset

If that still doesn't work then perhaps your security settings are too high
elsewhere eg in some of your other security software. You seem to have a lot
of security software running. Check within each program's options.

I had the same problem, found out it is not the java app. Went to a couple of other sites and it said my flash was wrong. i had flash 9. found the flash uninstaller , removed flash, actixeX controls (uninstaller does it for you) , reinstalled Flash 8, now can see youtube and the other pages with flash. Don't know if it's flash 9 or what. but this worked for me. I have XP sp2. hope this helps.

I had the same problem. Try disabling McAfee and see if the video will
play. If it plays, re-enable McAfee and look at the "On-Access Scan
Properties" dialog. Click on the "ScriptScan" tab and turn off "Enable
ScriptScan". See if your video still plays.

I don't recommend running McAfee this way, with protection turned off,
but it looks like McAfee is causing the problem with YouTube.

You're better off removing McAfee and using other security products.

I have exactly same problem. I have latest version flash player and I have

and then scrolling to scripting to enable all. Any other ideas??
