Cannot View Monthly Calendar or Print

K

Kbinger

Looking for a little insight on troubleshooting a mailbox. An end user can
view his monthly calendar via the client, but cannot print it (can print day
and bi-weekly's) - also, he is unable to view the monthly calendar via OWA -
just hangs on "updating view".

Anyone seen this or have an idea what to troubleshoot?

I'm not the original client in this chain, but I can't view any items in my
calendar past 9/29. We can view everything from the server, but not from any
workstation. All items appear prior to that date. Very, very strange
problem. We've tried every type of view. Nothing shows up on daily, weekly
or monthly after 9/29. But the calendar screens themselves are there---just
void of any appointments.

Are you syncing with a pda-type device? If so, which one?
Did you reset the view? See

No I'm not. But about the same time I started getting a pop-up asking me to
sign in for my on-line calendar. (I shouldn't have one.) That pop up
refused to accept my log-in too. So it's been annoying. But I just looked
and per the details in my settings, it appears that I have a 'published
calendar' as of 10/1 which is the magic date that no appointments appear
past. Of course I stopped seeing appointments two weeks ago.

Is the calendar in office online? Go to tools, email accounts, published
calendars. Is it listed there?

I'm wondering if either publishing it cleaned off the calendar or if you
have two in your profile and you are looking at the wrong one. Press Ctrl+6
to see the folder list and look for more calendars.

Yes it's listed there. That was the location I'd found this and mentioned
it in my last e-mail. I tried going to the spot it said I could find it, but
that's a 404 error page. Here's that link
https://calendars.office.microsoft.com/pubcalstorage/87pk0bxz536015/Tish_Nettleship_Calendar.ics
And it shows it was posted there as of October 1st - But that's today and
I've done nothing on this in two weeks which was when the problem started.

I tried CTRL 6, but no change occurred on my screen so think I have only one
calendar. I have lots of other calendars for the e-mail accounts I monitor
but I'd previously checked all their calendars and nothing of mine there.
Thanks for the ideas.

Tish

I have ran the Detect and Repair and tried resetting the view. What is
unique is that I cannot even show an entire month via OWA. Weekly and
bi-weekly is fine - the same thing with printing from the Outlook Client -
can print Weekly and bi-weeky but not monthly...however I can see the monthly
calender using the client.
