Cannot use windows mail on my new computer

Hi,
I am trying to open my e-mail on my new computer, but it is rejected.
In the Functions / Account / Servers I have entered the username and
password which works on the old computer but when I try to connect I am
asked to write username and password in a windows security box and it won't
accept it. It just keeps on popping up.

That usually means that you've entered some of the server and/or account
information correctly.

Windows Mail is only showing you what the mail server is telling it, and
that's in response to what you told Windows Mail.

The mail server, not Windows Mail, is rejecting your login.

Recheck all of the settings and ID/passwords and make sure they are the
same.

When you get that prompt, click Cancel, which will then produce
an error message. Right-click on your error message, copy, then
paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.
