Cannot use Real Player and a Digital Camera at same time!?

I have had to uninstall Real Player because it will not enable me to access
the Camera and Scanner Wizard! I love listening to the Radio online and
really miss it as I need access to the Camera Wizard almost each day. Can
anyone tell me how I can get around this please? Thank you!

What is the connection with RP and your Camera Wizard ? (I don't use RP).

Why do you need to access the Camera and Scanner Wizard every day ? Once
your scanner and/or camera are set up on XP, you don't need to touch the
settings.

You can stream radios with WMP also (but not in RP format, obviously) !

Try consulting RP FAQ's.

Cheers,
Jerry

Hi Jerry

Can't understand why RP affects the Wizard. I downloaded the updated
version of RP a little while ago and everytime after that when I plugged the
camera in to download pictures nothing happened. There were posts in this
Discussion Group where folk had had the same problem - I don't know what
their solutions were.

I have emailed RP helpline but they will not respond. Now everytime I turn
the PC on I get a grey pop-up message asking if I still want to download RP
and I have to remember to click NO everytime.
