Cannot send

I am having trouble sending email with Outlook. Every
time I send or even reply to an email, it is instantly
returned saying, "relaying mail is not allowed". It just
started doing this. It was working fine. I'm quite sure
that I did not change anything. any help will be greatly
appreciated!!

Obviiously if it used to work and now doesn't, you've changed something. In
particular, examine the properties of your Email account and make sure the
"E-mail address" field contains the same domain as your ISP. In otherwords,
if abc.com is your ISP, your address must be (e-mail address removed).

Outgoing(SMTP) must match your ISP, please try that.
Maybe you changed when you move around or change your ISP.
