Cannot send POP3 mail through Outlook when connected to AOL.

Whenever I try to send email from my POP3 account through Outlook when
connected to AOL, I end up with some kind of error message. Most often, it
says that AOL has blocked the message as unsolicited bulk email. This
happens no matter what domain I try to send mail to. I have a Hotmail
account set up in Outlook that works fine. I have tried AOL tech support
several times to no avail. I am running Outlook 2003, WinXP SP2, and AOL
9.0, cable connection. I appreciate any help you can give!
