Cannot send messages in outlook express....

Hello...I just started using my cell phone to connect to the net as a modem
but now cannot send messages...recieve ok. This is the error message...

An unknown error has occurred. Account: 'popa.attglobal.net', Server:
'smtp1.attglobal.net', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '550 unauthorized
interface for 68.241.75.36 ', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): Yes, Server Error: 550,
Error Number: 0x800CCC69
