Cannot see computers on wireless network

I have 2 computers at home on a wireless network. One has XP Prof and the
other has XP Home edition. I can from the XP home edition do remote desktop
to the other one, but vise versa I cannot.
When I type the name of the computer that has the XP home edition it cannot
find it. What is wrong?

Also when I go to the network Places I cannot see the computers. Is there a
way that I can share files between computers without doing Remote desktop?

Just as an add-on, that has been mentioned on this forum before;
Remote Desktop is a Windows XP Professional function.
Remote Assistance is in XP Home and XP Professional.
That said, XP home systems can be Remote Desktop clients- that is the can be
controlled by XP Professional systems. Remote assistance has no such
limitation.
Both functions are primarily for system administration, troubleshooting or
"Help desk" purposes. File transfer is best done by setting up shared
folders at "Network Places". See appropriate section of "Help and Support".
