Cannot see computers in Network Neighborhood

I have 6 computers that are on a peer-to-peer network and
they are all on the same workgroup. My pc is the only one
that cannot see the other computers in the network
neighborhood. When I double click view workgroup
computers I used to get an error message, but now I get
no message at all. Nothing happens at all. The OS my pc
is using is Windows XP (Home Edition). I uninstalled
TCP/IP and reinstalled it, a couple of times, but this
did not do anything. I still cannot view the workgroup
computers.
