Cannot see all networked computers in Microsoft Windows Network

At one time, all client computers within a Forest were visible through
Microsoft Windows Network. Now they are not. Client computers are Windows
XP SP3, Servers are Windows 2003, SP1 or Windows 2003 R2. What has changed
and how can it be remedied?

We can't know what has changed on your network, we can only offer
guesses. I would suggest that you start by looking in the Event Log to
see if there are any Master Browser related errors recorded and that you
check your WINS Configuration. Issuing the "Net View" command at the
Command Prompt may also reveal something.
