Cannot search subfolders

P

Philip Tsang

Hi all

My mail box can access another user mail box, I have a owner in the sharing
setting. When I attempt to search e-mail using the "Advanced Find" windows
in Outlook, the find is only enabled in the root of the directory
highlighted and I am unable to search the subfolders where the messages are
stored. The "Search Subfolders" check box at the bottom of the Browse window
is grayed out and cannot be enabled. How would I enable this function to
allow a search of the subfolders?

Thanks
Philip

You can't, unfortunately, as far as I'm aware.
