Cannot schedule for 12 PM

I cannot schedule the AntiSpyware to run at 12 PM (noon).
Everytime I select this time (I have also tried using
12:10:00 PM) and then update the schedule it changes the
PM to AM. Any ideas?

This appears to be "correct" behavior for the code currently distributed,
believe it or not!
Two days ahead of the scheduled day is "normal" as is the appearance when
you select 10 am.

Times between 12:00 and 12:59 PM are not selectable.
