Cannot report found bug

I have a bug in my Anti-Spyware beta, a textbox keeps
appearing, partially hidden, in the lower left corner of
the application window when I access the advanced tools.
The textbox is named txtFocus( I was able to copy
the .text property and paste it into a text editor). If
this is part of the program it should be invisible
(however I can't imagine why a textbox would be used in
this instance when the selected text could have just as
easily been captured in a variable), is this a bug? or
could the program have been hijacked?
I tried to contact MS about this but got nothing but
merry-go-rounds on their report-a-bug instructions,
followed by an unanswered ringing phone. Any experience
this?, or can tell me how to report a bug in a beta?

You report your bugs here. MSAS does not have any form to fill out since
this is a public beta. If it was private things would be different.

This has been frequently reported. It is just a display problem, not
indicative of anything wrong.

I tried to contact MS about this but got nothing but
merry-go-rounds on their report-a-bug instructions,
followed by an unanswered ringing phone.

Microsoft do not provide any support for this beta-test product. These
groups are all the support there is.
