cannot recive e-mail help

heeft iemand een idee heb virus scanner al uit gehad upc al gehad op web
mail van upc is alles goed heb de instellingen al een keer opnieuw ingevoerd
ik kan wel mail versturen maar niet ontvangen

Windows Mail is not compatible with many popular antivirus programs.
Either uninstall your antivirus and replace with a more compatible one,
or else upgrade to Windows Live Mail:

heb avg virus scanner en heb norton maar norton is verlopen staat er nog wel
op als ik die uit zet krijg ik verbinding is mislukt kon geen verbinding
maken fout melding
windows live mail heb ik ook en daar geeft ie de zelfde fout meldingen bij op
heb je een idee????

After Norton antivirus is uninstalled, it leaves much troublesome debris behind.
Follow up by using their debris removal tool:

Chances are, you installed AVG antivirus using its default install option.
If so, uninstall it, then reinstall, but select 'custom' install, which then
allows you to unselect installing the troublesome email scanning module.

While AVG is uninstalled, try Windows Mail again, just to verify that
the culprit has been found. If you still get an error message, right-click on
the error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
