Cannot receive e-mails in Outlook 2003

Just installed MS Office 2003 and cannot send & receive e-mails using Outlook
2003. I had Outlook 2000 before and it worked fine, but Windows had to be
reloaded on my computer and that wiped everything out so I installed Office
2003 this time. I use comcast and I've tried every setting I can think of.
Can any one give me a clue on how to send and receive e-mail?

Don't feel like the lone stranger On one of my xp towers, outlook
express can receive but not send mail. I upgraded it to office 2007 and all
is well now. Give it a try.
