Cannot read Outlook Toolbar data

Hello!

I attempted to repair the above, and this was the error message I received --

"Error 1304. Error writing to file C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office
11\RTFHTML.DLL Verify that you have access to that directory"

When I attempt to retry, nothing happens. I did repair my pst file
successfully however.

Are you doing this from an Administrator account? What version of Windows?
What file system (FAT or NTFS)? What are the permissions on that folder?

Hi Brian,

Thanks for your response. Apparently, there was a DLL file that was
corrupted -- chkdsk took care of it, and then I was able to repair the Tool
Bar.
