cannot query tcpip

Every time I boot up my computer, I have no problems based on looking at the
devices, but when I try to go online I get the message: not connected to the
internet, and when I try and do a repair, it tells me I do not have the
authorization and the ip numbers show up as blanks. When I remove the device
and let it reinstall it, it will work ok, but now I have to do that every
time I reboot or start up the computer. Is there any way to check what is
going on? I uninstalled the drivers, reinstalled the latest version (Realtek
onboard Gigabit RTL 8169/8110 model) and even rolled back the drivers, but it
keeps on doing the same thing. Also it shows as Gigabit NIC #2 or #3, instead
of the original number. Is there a way to clean up the registry and check it
for errors or problems?

there are no results, it will not run ipconfig, it gives an error message
while running it under windows, or while running it under the command prompt,
it gives no information. running netsh winsock reset catalog and netsh int ip
reset reset.log work till the next reboot, but that does not solve the
problem, it is just a temporary fix.

This is what I get when it is working, but only after running the netsh
resets, till the next reboot, I will have to make up a script to run it every
time..... for now.

Your computer is not working as it should because essential elements are not installed and will never be updated unless you find and uninstall the correct soft ware.

Following this procedure will help you identify problems you have named in your query.

1. Hold down, alt, the control key then click delete.
The task manager will come up.
The task manager is another way to make a "Run" line.
2. Go to, "Name" at the top of the TM screen.
3. Type in, regedit
4. From here you will access your registry.
5. You may also access every component on your computer's system using the Task Manager and applying a Name, then clicking, "go."

This will help you ID your problems and fix them one by one, manually.
