Cannot preview in FP 03

When I try to preview and htm page, I rec this error "Cannot find
'file:///c:temporary/pvw4.htm'. Make sure the path or Internet address is
correct." Then there is an OK button. When I click OK, another blank window
pops up with a big red circle with a white X, and another OK button. When I
click that OK button, I'm back where I started.

Has anyone heard of this? How can this be fixed? I uninstalled FP
completely and reinstalled and it still occurs.

Download links are at the bottom of the page.
Run the functions that clear:
The Hidden Temporary files.
The Hidden Cache (*.web) files.

Then open the site and recalculate hyperlinks

See if it helps.

Thank you for the response. I tried this and am still getting that error
message - "Cannot find 'file:///c:temporary/pvw3.htm'. Make sure the path or
Internet address is correct."

Here's more info:
Am running XP Pro SP2 with FP 2003.
Uninstalled and reinstalled the program.
If I try to preview with the preview button, I get the above error.
Then when I try to close the page, I get in a continuous loop of that error
message.
I end up having to end task in the task mgr to get out of it.

Now, if I open the site (which is located on my laptop) and then right click
the htm file and choose "preview in browser", it works and I can close out
with zero problems.

Any other ideas?

ok, I fixed it.
Opened FP2003 and did a "detect and repair" and now.... the preview button
works!
Strange... but at least it is resolved.
