Cannot ping a xp media center 2005 computer

I have 2 notebooks (A & B) connected wirelessly to a router(R). A is a
XP Pro system and B is a XP Media Center 2005 system.

Router -> 192.168.0.1
A -> 192.168.0.100
B -> 192.168.0.101

The problem is, when B pings A it receives a response. However, when A
pings B there is no response.

What may be the problem? Also, if I run a web server on A, it is
accessible from outside the network via port forwarding. Does not work
with B, which is most likely an extension of the problem described
above.

Thanks,
Shiv

To add,

B can ping itself correctly and also works when I ping 127.0.0.1 on B.

Thanks,
Shiv

Check your firewall settings on systemB.
