cannot open image file from email

I tried to open a jpeg or tiff image files directly from an email message in
Outlook 2003 but all I have is an error message: The specified image(s) could
not be read. I have to save the jpeg or tiff files to My Documents and then
open it.

I am using ACDSee to open the image files.

Any help would be appreciated.

Try clearing the Outlook Temp folder and try again;
