Everytime i try to open Database file first everything opens up and then
sudenly closes. When i try again through File/Open..........Database file. It
does opens up, but in Read only mode. When i open blank Access and try to
create a new database same thing happens.
What to do?

It's Accsess 2003 by the way.

Are you serious or just joking? Try holding shift when you open the
database. If you're able to get in, then check the settings. I don't even
know where to start, but see if there's anything telling Access to close on
open. See if there's an AutoExec Macro. Or a Form that's supposed to run
on Startup with a command to Close on Open. Or something like that. But
try holding shift when you open the database, that should bypass any startup
settings.

Hope this helps.

Yes I am serious........And it's a BIG problem for me.
Let me try to explain you what is going on.
When i double click on a file it open up Access and a gray messege popes up
that reads "This file may not be safe if it contains code that was
intended to harm your compuer. Do you want to open this file or cancel the
operation" And it gives me three options CANCEL OPEN MORE
INFO.
I head this message coming up as long as i head the file, and it all worked
without a problem.
Then yesterday i clicked on this same file and Access opened up and same
message poped up just like it did all the other times, BUT this time when i
clicked on OPEN my file opened with all the tabs in it and then it disapierd
and all the bottons on the menu became unusable. When i went to File/Open
and openned from then it only openned in READ ONLY mode. It was like this
file is already open.

And another thing that my Access does. When i open a blank page and go NEW
Same thing hapens . All the menu bottons become gray and unaccesable but
new file does not opens up.
Save me.

Based on the fact that it works on a different computer, I'm gonna guess on
a corrupted Access installation. Uninstall Access. Reboot, re-install and
see if your db opens properly.

Could be as little as a "hung" ldb file.
Reboot the computer.
Look for a file in the same directory as your .mdb file, with a .ldb
extension.
Delete it.

If none of that helps, go with fred's suggestion and re-install Access.

Did that. Was the first thing i did actually (twise) Did not help
Other comp on the network started doing same thing
Ran Virus Check, nothing was discovered.

Access uses a special file to track users in a database.
It is located in the same directory as your .mdb file, and has the same name
as it, except that it ends in .ldb instead of .mdb.
So if your .mdb file is C:\MyFiles\MyDB.MDB, your .ldb file is
C:\MyFiles\MyDB.LDB.

Normally, when the last user exits the .mdb file, the .ldb file is
destroyed.
If that user exits abnormally, the .ldb file can be left hanging, which can
prevent further use.
You can delete the .ldb file, but sometimes it won't let you until after the
PC has been rebooted.

The .ldb file showes up when i open my .mdb file (read only)
In all the other cases it is not there.
I searched all my comp and file was not found. Only .mdb excists
And another thing just happend. When i opened Microsoft Word and tryed to
type, it gave me a message that statet: "This modification is not allowed
because the document is locked"

What the %$@#%$# was that. And it acts same as the Access now,
The program complitely stops responding. Let me check Excel.........Yep
same thing, and my Publisher does the same...........AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA.
Something crazy hapened.

One Millon and a half times.
Nothing helped.......
But when I installed Office XP. Everything worked just fine.
Why my 2003 was not? Have no IDEA.
