use specific printerI have an access project database.
All reports were working well.
By some reasons it was install a network printer, after this, I cannot open
the preview reports.
If I change the default printer to image writer, i can preview the report.

The access project is ade, so I cannot setup to use specific printer.
Any suggestions to fix this problem?

Thanks a lot

I assume your reports use the default printer. I would try to update the
drivers for the new printer.

I'm using default printer and the network printer is HPLJ4000.

I did the following steps without success.
1. To install the drivers, I installed this printer as local printer,
physically it doesn't exist.

2. I set this printer as default and then I open an access report and it
open well.

3. I set the network printer as default printer and then I try to open an
access report and it doesn't open. Nothing happen.

Do you have any suggestion?

I'm very frustrated about this issue. I can't understand what's happen.

Thanks,

I expect you need to install the latest drivers. We have had an issue at my
office where a couple users couldn't print Access reports. They had all the
same network printers as everyone else. Their setup was a standard company
desktop. We found we had to repair the MS Office setup.

I just re-installed the office before post this issue here.
The access is working well with local printers.
Also, I installed the printers drivers and doesn't work.

I'm sure it's an issue with your printer driver or permissions. I can't think
of anything else to add.

The printer works fine to others program, word, excel, etc, except access...
Thanks
