Cannot Open a Web Page in Internet Explorer

When I attempt to open a web page by using Internet
Explorer I received the following message:
The page cannot be displayed
The page you are looking for is currently unavailable.
The web sit might be experiencing technical difficulties,
or you may need to adjust your browser settings.

I have tried every think I can think of, like deleting
temp files, history files & cookies and it still doesn't
let me open web pages. I've tried on another computer and
it will let me open from another but not from this
computer. If you have any idea what I can do please let
me know.

are you using msn or internet explorer, what search eng?
did you try refresh? did you type in the complete address?
