Cannot open a new Internet Explorer window or nothing occurs after you click a link

After doing several security updates to IE6 on Windows ME I cannot open a
new Internet Explorer window with a right click on a link, nothing occurs
after you click a link to listen to live radio, or launch portfolio tracker
from the web site http://www.marketwatch.com which is this url
http://www.marketwatch.com/portfolio/track.asp?siteID=mktw. I have
reference the KB 281679 and performed the recommended KB procedures.

I did the security updates on 6/14 and even though this is not a Windows
problem Microsoft will not help since they have dropped ME support.

Can anyone help???

The change to file types now opens an Internet Explorer when I click a link
in an outlook email.

I wasn't able to listen to live radio, or launch portfolio tracker from the
web site http://www.marketwatch.com which is this url

the instructions in the links you provided.
