Cannot make Org Chart's text big enough to read

Hello. I am trying to create org charts through power point for our
department. The problem is that the text boxes are not enlarging to fit all
of the contact information for our people; instead, the text is decreased
until it is barely legible. I have attempted to double click on the text
boxes and have tried to check the box "auto-format text box as I type", but
this option is not available. I have created the org charts by clicking on
the "insert diagram or org chart" button on the Word Art tool bar at the
bottom of the screen. There is so much room left on the final printout--i.e.
the margins are huge around my org chart, so I know there's room to expand
the text boxes. How can I do so, so that everyone in my department can read
the contact information? Thank you so much!

Hi,

I'm sorry to hear you are having a rough time of it. From what you are
describing, I would guess that you have one of the 'automatic helpers'
causing most of your difficulties. There are several types of auto-helpers
(formatting, layout, spelling, etc.), but the one specific to the
Organizational chart is called Auto-Layout and can be turned on or off by
viewing the Organizational Tool bar and clicking the Layout --> Auto-layout
sequence.

Post back if you have troubles finding the command button or turning it
on/off does not allow you to correct the issue.
