Hello all,
A user brought their IBM ThinkPad into our office today and when they had
trouble connecting to the network they attempted to change some settings.
They attempted to fix it by removing the domain the computer was "a member
of" - a Wake Forest subdomain (wfu.edu) - via the System Properties->Computer
Name menu and setting it to be a member of our network's Workgroup.
Upon restarting the system they were unable to login with the username and
password they had previously used. This is something I have never seen
before so I am hoping someone can help me out. Thanks in advance for your
help.
Cheers
