Cannot Install Service Pack 2

I run Windows Update, download service pack 2, it goes throught backup of
files and registry and begins installing new files. Halfway through I get an
"Access Denied" error message and it backs out. Event Viewer only shows
access denied in System, Event ID 4373. I searched this online but nothing
close to what I'm dealing with. Any ideas?

I'm using XP Pro, It has Trend Micro PCillan 2004 installed. The firewall is
disabled. I'm logged in as the Administrator.

I suggest you start out with the SubInAcl.exe tip there and see if
that solves your problem.
