Cannot get Internet Connection Sharing to work through Router

I hav tried 2 different Routers and seem to have a problem with Internet
Connection Sharing. I cannot get DSL or Cable in my area and am stuck with
Dial-up. I can use a standard 100mbs hub/switch and connect my computers and
use Intenet connection sharing, but when I try to use the turbo router I got
from 3Com so I can also have my laptop conect via wireless I cannot get it to
see the Iternet Connection sharing, all I get for Internet is the DSL/Cable
port on the router. Does anyone know how I can get around this or what type
of Wireless Router/Hub I can use that will allow me to do this.

Thanks,
Frank

On the router turn off NAT and DHCP.
