Cannot get BCM to work

Hello
After I install BCM, on my already working Outlook 2003.

When I open outlook it gives me:

"The operation failed. An object could not be found".

Anyone knows what that could be about?

(My outlook is connected to exchange server).

Also, does anyone know if BCM uses the new sql desktop engine 2005 ? or the
good old msde?

For the error message try installing the following hotfix

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;913695

as far as the second query is concerned BCM V2 still uses the trimmed down
version MSDE 2000,the upcoming version of BCM will use SQL 2005
