Cannot get audio capture

Can anyone tell me why I cannot get audio capture with
ANY video editing software. I am using Dazzle dvc 80 and
I have tried Roxio EZ Creator, Windows Movie Maker, Nero
Ultra Edition 6.
I can get the video capture, however, no audio capture
and no playback audio even after I burn to disk...

I am trying to capture from an analog Canon ES90. It has
one audio output and one video output-these are going
into dazzle video to video with one rca jack but there is
only one audio jack on the vcr and two on dazzle. Is this
the problem??

Hi there,

There would seen to be a problem with your Audio connection. Can you hear
any audio (via the computer) from your camera?

It would look like this is not a movie maker problem. Have you asked
anywhere else about the suitablity of your Dazzle dvc 80. How do you know
that there is not a problem with this device, you seem to have eliminated
several video editing packages.
