Cannot get any sound

I am trying to capture analogue video form VHS using hollyood dazzle bridge.
I have connect the VCR to the bridge using coaxial cable for audio and video,
and output from the hollywood bridge to my computer using firewire. I can
capture video but there is no audio, even during preview. This setup used to
work fine for capturing before i installed service pack 2. Can anyone help?

Hello there,

You need to run a cable from your Audio out of your analog source to the
LINE-IN socket of your computers sound card
