Cannot forward message to local user Error 0x80070057

I cannot forward a message to a local user. I get an error message
0x80070057 durring the send/receive operation.
I can forward to everyone else.

Is there any more detail in the message? Do you have a local mail server
that might be bouncing the message for addressing issues?
