Cannot find server or DNS Error

Recently I have been having a problem with noaa.gov
weather sites. I click on them in my favorites and I get
the cannot find server or DNS error. But when I refresh
the site, it then sometimes opens. This is not a big
problem, but a frequent one. Anyone have any ideas?

noaa.gov can be very busy these days....since it works
when you refresh, it sounds like there's no problem with
your machine, but with the webserver from noaa.gov...
You could try to delete your temporary internet files and
see if this helps...
