Cannot Download or install SP2

I made sure I had 1.6 GB free hard drive space as
recommended, downloaded SP2.It stopped at 100 percent and
did not install. Went back to Windows Update(Express
Install) and it gives a message stating "Updates were
unable to be successfully installed ", "You chose to skip
all available updates, so no changes were made to your
computer", "The following updates were not installed:
Windows Update Service Pack 2" Same thing happens if I
choose Custom Install. When i click on OK, I get the
following:

The following updates were not installed because you did
not accept the End User License Agreement (EULA). Install
the update again and accept the EULA when Windows Update
notifies you.


Windows XP Service Pack 2

I did click on "ACCEPT" the first time I tried to
download, but I do not get the EULA agreement popup when
I try again....HELP !

This site does not appear to contain any solution. I have the same
problem, the first time I attempted installation it ran out of disk
space, and now it keeps saying that I have not accept the end user
agreement. I just need to know what hidden file junk to clean up in
order to make this work again....
