Cannot download attachments in Hotmail.

Hello !!
Please help and shed some light.
I was always able to download attachments in my hotmail e
mails. Until about 2 weeks ago. Now when I try to download
attachments [ Open from location or Save to disk ]
Here is the message box that comes up.

The following Dialog Box currently (did not do this until
recently) pops up when I try to download Hotmail email
attachments (either to Open or to Save):

Microsoft Internet Explorer

Internet Explorer cannot download from 65.54.174.250

Internet Explorer was not able to open this Internet Site.
The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be
found.
Please try again later.

65.54.174.250 turns out to be the Login page for Hotmail;
and, of course, I'm already logged into and using Hotmail
when this occurs.

Please help and thanks in advance !!!

After spending an hour, the answer is so simple it kills me. If you
log into Hotmail and check the box "Do not remember my e-mail address
for future sign-in. (Select this when using a public computer.)" it
will not let you open attachments. Hotmail is actually protecting you
by not letting you download personal attachments onto a "public"
computer!


Just uncheck the box and log back in and voila, the attachments open.
