cannot delete/move file

J

James

Every time I attempt to delete a music file. I would get
a message stating "can not delete "file name": It is
being used by another person or program". I tried
uninstalling all the media players (Real One Player,
Windows Media Player, etc..) and still continue to have
that problem. I have tried to delete or move that file
for the last 5 months but have been unable to do so.
Also, The computer would freeze, and require me to reboot
it.
