Cannot delete an E-Mail from Outlook 2003

I have trouble with my Outlook 2003 with Microsoft Office Outlook Live. I
cannot delete an E-mail from Microsoft Office Outlook Live on my desktop
asking me what I think about the program. When I try to do this the program
locks up and I need to reboot to free up the program, the E-mail however
remains as a sore point. I was able to delete this E-mail using my laptop.

Hi,
Have you tried forcing a delete by highlighting the offending message and
then holding down the 'SHIFT' key and pressing 'DELETE'?

The "sticky" E-mail went away on its own after the last time I closed down
Outlook. Who knows why, but it is gone after bothering me for a number of
days.
