cannot create data file with outlook 2003 BCM

Hello,

I have a pc running windows xp pro with outlook 2003 with
BCM. I created a new user account on this PC, with admin
privileges. When I try to configure outlook for this
account, I cannnot create an outlook datafile (pst). I get
the error message 'this operation can not be completed'.
Outllok works fine with my other windows user account. Any
idea ?
