Cannot Create Data File (pst file)

I just unistalled Office 2007 and reinstalled Office 2003. When I try to
create a new data file, the dialog box has no choices in it. Usually you have
the choice of an Outlook 2003 pst file or an Outlook 97-2002 pst file.

My address book choices are also blank when I try to add an address book.

I do not know the registry entries to fix this. Reinstalling or repairing
office does not fix it.

I am having the exact same problem, although at first I did not connect it to
having previously installed the 2007 Outlook Beta. I have been unable to find
any reference to this bug anywhere, or any resolution.

Any ideas/help would be greatly appreciated!
