Cannot copy PST files

I have an Iomega network dive that contains about 25 PST files, each in their
own folder. Using the Iomega backup software, I am trying to back up these
files to another USB drive, but when the job completes, about 5 of the
folders did not copy. Most or all of the PSTs that did not copy are large.
They are all from old users and are not connnected to any outlook accounts.
I ran scanpst on them to make sure they were not corrupt. I also tried to
manually copy and paste the folder containing all of these PST folders onto
the USB drive. It gets hung up on the first folder it hits that did not work
on the automatic backup. The folder still looks like it is copying, but the
job will not move past this first problematic folder. Any ideas?

Well, assuming that the file is not in use, sounds more like a file system
issue or an issue with the iomega software.

What happens if you just try to copy it somewhere on the hard drive, rather
than the USB drive?

Not an Outlook question surely? A question for whatever OS you are using...
