cannot copy folder, may contain private items

Some users have started to get this message on a shared mailbox. There are
no private items in the folders they are moving & they all have excatly the
same persmissions & are able to view private items.

It may work fine for 1 users one day & then another user will have the
problem another day. It will also work fine if you directly open the mailbox

I just posted a similar question ...sorry didn't see yours on my first
search. Did anyone ever answer you? Or did you ever find out how to fix
this on your own?
