Cannot copy file fxscfgwz.dll

Trying to get the "fax services" running
I typed my subject search and read the posts (I think all of them since I
started with the thread that seemed most appropriate and skipped around in
decending order). I tried what was suggested and still can't do it. Important
things to know 1. my computer is an HP laptop 2. Windows was bundled and HP
gave me some "solutions" (file paths) yesterday that didn't work. 3. Since I
got the computer the service packs came out and my computer automatically
downloads them (one thread suggests that the file might be there but I
couldn't find it anywhere.

Can I borrow a Windows XP Home Edition disc and find it on that?

I really need to get this fax up ASAP
