Cannot close IE 6.0!

I have solved this by running the marvellous shareware
SpyBot as recommneded below. It makes you wonder why
lawmakers allow these deadheads to takeover your PC! Time
the law was changed!

Note, I paid good money for SpyHunter and it missed
around a dozen parasites, one of which was presumably
grabbing control if IE.
