I have the same problem with 2000 and 2003. I have a running Domain
and want the users to change their passwords. I check "Change
Password at next Logon" or just wait until the normal time to change
passwords. Anyway, I get the same problem. Users are prompted, put
in their new passwords and then get a dialog box stating that they do
not have permission to change their passwords.
Can anyone help? I thank you in advance!
