In Microsoft Outlook 2007 I am unable to backup or copy my Personal
Folders(emails) to another source. eg external hard drive.I can only copy or
move a folder from "Personal folders"and relocate it in Mail Folders ,the
same source. (MicrosoftOulook) Can you tell me how to save these emails on an
external hardrive or burn them to cd?

You can do that.
Go to the File -> Import and Export. Here select Export to a file ->
Personal Folder File...
