Cannot access winnt 4 server from winxp workstation

I cannot access a WINNT 4 server in a winxp(prof. ver) workstation, but other
win98 workstation have not such problem.

I had been successfully started a function of "NETNBIOS over tcp/ip" in a
win95 workstation, then winxp workstation could access it.

This time I also wanted to start the function "NETBIOS over tcp/ip", but I
can't find this option in WINNT server.

Appreciate for any advice !!!!
