Cannot access the Dial-in configuration tab on Active Directory

Hi,

I have an LDAP enabled server (windows 2003) and wanted to configure VPN.
The VPN config went well but I cannot, for any user select the 'dial-in'
configuration tab. I am administrator of course so it is not that :)
The error message is

Caption: Dial-in Page Error
"Could Not Load the Dial-in profile for this user because: The Network path
was not found".

I've tried to make a new policy in the VPN manager to allow a group to
access the VPN but no success.

Ideas?
