Cannot Access Some Websites

Recently, my I.E.6 browser cannot load some websites (e.g. Hotmail). But I can load some other websites at very high speed. Thus, it does not seem like ISP's problem. Also, I have not set any Proxy in my browser

In addition, I've ever tired to download and install Netscape, but the same situation happens

I don't know what happens in my PC. Please help. Thanks a lot.

Unless you scan for and remove spyware regularly, there is a high
probability that you have unwanted "visitors" on your computer. Remove
spyware with Spybot S&D (www.security.kolla.de) and Ad-aware
(www.lavasoftusa.com). These programs are free, so run them both since
they complement each other. Be sure to update them before running them.
It is often most useful to run these programs in Safe Mode in case the
malware is active in regular mode (it usually is).

Also, you should have a current (post-2002 version using updated
definitions) antivirus program installed.

What happens when you try to go to hotmail?
What happens when you try to download Netscape?
Here's a link to download Mozilla 1.6 -- can you download from it and leave IE behind?
