Cannot access network & internet with Vista

Please could somebody offer their help or advice as we are stumped!

Back in February I purchased a new retail version of Vista Home Premium and
installed on my PC with no problems at all. I have since purchased a brand
new PC and again installed Vista with no problems. But we can no longer link
the PC to our home network & access the internet.

The other PCs in the home use XP and the router can see both my Vista PC and
the other XP PCs but mine does not see the router. We use dynamic broadband
and my PC came with an nVidia network card.

So far we have tried.........
Turning off all firewalls, virus software etc.
Restarting the router
Pinging
Uninstalling/reinstalling Vista on my PC
Looked on Vista website etc.

Any assistance would be appreciated!

You need to slow down and focus your problem report. Which computer is the
problem - your computer that you installed Vista onto, after it had XP? Or the
new computer?

Is the problem computer getting an IP address?

What do you mean by "the router can see both my Vista PC and >the other XP PCs
but mine does not see the router"? How does the router "see" a computer?

Try focusing your diagnostic activity more carefully.
